- 1.
Applicant must be an active
member, in good standing, of a
- recognized emergency services
organization in the State of Indiana
- for a minimum of one (1) year.

- 2. Applicant must apply the
scholarship award toward an accredited
- college/university, Emergency service related program in the state
- of Indiana for the purposes of
furthering their skills and education.

- 3. Once a scholarship is awarded to an
applicant, they will not be
- eligible for future scholarships
through this program.

- 4. The applicant must maintain the
scholastic standards of the program
- in which they are enrolled.

- 5. The award will be paid to the
school of the student’s choice and the
- funds must be used within one year of
the award date. Any unused
- portion of the award will be returned
to the Memorial Scholarship
- Fund.

- 6. Scholarships each will be awarded annually provided that
qualified applicants and funds are
- available.
- 1. Applications are available
through any committee member of
- the Duneland School of Emergency
Response or on our
- website.

- 2. The applicant must provide complete
and accurate
- information as requested. The
application must be filled out
- in its entirety.
