“Mike is a Lieutenant with the Portage Fire Department where he formerly was Assistant Chief of Operations. Mike is also retired from Union Fire-Rescue, his last five years as Chief. Mike has been in emergency services for over 23 years. He holds numerous fire service certifications along with a management degree from Ball State University and is attending Purdue University for Organizational Leadship and Supervision . He also operates his own training and consulting business: Red Devil Training.
